In-Step

Went to the gym again & was asked to join the In-Step class. As usual I am unable to catch up with the steps & instead of In-Step, I’m out of step!!!

Workout

After recuperated for 1 week, I went to the gym all by myself. I was told that there will be no aerobic class today as not much people turned up, so I decided to work on the machine with the help of the Instructor.

Pick Concall from home

Another concall with US & I can use my cordless phone with mute function but… … my wireless is not working. I’ll have to pick the call in my sitting room & mum has to watch TV in my room. Sad.

Bodyache

Pain, pain, pain, every part of my body are aching after the aerobics. Serve you right for not exercising!

First visit to the Gym

This is my first visit to the Gym with Eliz & signed up for the day’s boxercise class (first try too). I found myself breathless after 30 mins of jumping & boxing but it was kind of fun especially when my shoe sole came off & I have to exercise with my barefoot (with socks on only).

New Handphone

Got this new handphone during the M1 Roadshow FOC!!! I love the 3.2 mega pixel camera, now I can post nicer pictures!!!

Your birthday present
