连日来的咳嗽，带来了哮喘病的坏消息。我真不知道该怎么做？我对哮喘真的是一知半解，我根本不能接受这个诊断的结果，我只能接受咳嗽是因为呼吸道敏感而行成的。我是否应该面对现实呢？
看了一些报导，还是不明白。。。只要Johnson 咳嗽不喘就好了!!!
而老公，小时候哮喘已医治好了，为什么又会在多年以后又复发呢？每晚听着他的咳嗽声，而我却一点也没有办法减轻他的痛苦，我该怎么办呢？为了不吵醒我，他到客厅睡觉，看了真心寒与无助。
虽然人生的种种都必须由我们自己去克服，但是如果可以的话，我愿意为他们受这些苦，也不想看到他们如此地受折磨!!! 真希望不好的一切快点过去!!!

i can totally understand your feeling. their "keke" sound can be aching for us. my gal has been on seretide for a year already. these past few mths,i can see her improvement (keeping fingers cross). dh also had a recent relapse and was put on puff. i suppose when the weather turn cold, asthmas can be easily trigger. i always nag at dh for not wearing t-shirt at home. in fact i read stress can cause asthmas also. Or maybe can ask yr dh to go for foot massage.
I felt that it is more related to his working environment, saw dust, paint, turpentine, renovation debis... all these are triggers to asthma. Talked to him but no reaction. :(
Haiz... poor thing.. hope that your Johnson and his dad will get well soon... but then u can try to cook the crocodile soup for them.. veri effective too.. can get from Zheng Zhong Ping or Fu Hua... cost around $7 - $8 per pack.
Boil and let them drink....hope they gets well soon... :)

Yup.. it's those pre-packed herbs.. it's dried type de....but it's a a fishy taste la.. but then it's veri good... today i also cook a pack just to drink.. cos it's good for lungs too... other than cough.... :) Hope u can find it.....tell them dried crocodile meat...
